Established in 1999, Shanghai Evermark Valve Co., Ltd. is located in Yangshan Industrial Park, Baoshan, Shanghai. It covers an area of 15 mu and has 7000 square meters of workshop. The company now employs more than 100 people and 22 engineers and technicians. It is a Hong Kong-owned enterprise integrating R&D, production, sales and service.
The company is equipped with more than 100 sets of mechanical equipment such as horizontal processing center, vertical processing center, large vertical lathe, large gantry milling machine, CNC lathe, grinder, CNC drilling machine, rubber vulcanization, plasma nitriding and spraying. It is equipped with material analysis, spectral analysis, hardness testing, mechanical properties testing, ultrasonic testing and other raw material testing instruments. Valve testing equipment is equipped with more than 10 sets of testing equipment, such as medium and large-scale valve test bench. At the same time, it is equipped with valve ultra-high temperature, ultra-low temperature and API607 fire-resistant testing equipment, and a rubber testing center is set up. The company now produces high-performance butterfly valves, three eccentric butterfly valves, check valves, mid-line rubber butterfly valves, according to requirements with worm wheel drive, pneumatic actuators, handles and so on. The company can design, manufacture and process non-standard products according to customers' requirements.
All products of the company can be designed, manufactured and processed according to GB, ANSI, API, JIS, DIN, BS and other standards. Users can choose manual, pneumatic, electric, hydraulic, electro-hydraulic, pneumatic and other driving modes according to actual operating conditions. The products produced by the company are widely used in the process control systems of steam, liquid and gas in petroleum, chemical, power plant, metallurgy, environmental protection, light industry, urban construction, water treatment systems at home and abroad. The index of butterfly valve produced by the company has reached the international advanced level.

The company was certified by ISO 9001 quality management system in 2002 and APIQ1 quality management system in 2009.
